Dr. Rick Shacket is a board certified proctologist,certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Proctology, the American Board of Laser Surgery, and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Shacket is a national lecturer on the subject of proctology and genital wart infections. He is the creator of numerous websites and their content, author of numerous articles that have appeared in medical publications and newspapers throughout the country.

Dr. Shacket is the creator of the Internet Referral Service. The websites driving this service generate over 2.6 million hits per month.

Dr. Shacket is from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He has four children, and lives in Phoenix, Arizona and La Jolla, California.
